How to collect the rental keys?

Our reception desk is located in Chamonix, at 189 avenue de l'Aiguille du Midi. We welcome you in the winter season daily from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 6pm ; and the rest of the year, from Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 6pm.

 

Can I change my reservation of extra services with my rental booking?

You can book at any time and up to 2 days prior to arrival, add or delete your additional services, via your account from the website (secure area) or contact us by phone.

 

I want to book in advance my ski passes, how can I do?

You can book discounted ski passes directly on your customer account on internet (or by email).
You will collect them on arrival, at the agency, during the check in.
Reservation in advance mandatory.
 

I don't have any ski equipment, how can I do?

You can book your ski equipment  with discount prices with our partner Cham Sport / Sport 2000 by cliking HERE.
Once there, you will just get your skis with our partner shop in the ski resort.

 

Can I connect to the Internet on site?

If I have to cancel my stay, what happens?

Any cancellation must be notified in writing as soon as possible. Contact us to know the guaranteed events.

We recommend you take insurance cancellation in addition to your rental.
 

Our cancellation policy:
 

Special Covid-19 cancellation conditions : Taking into account the current events, in case of official restrictions preventing travel related to the Covid-19, we will offer you a refund of your stay (less cancellation insurance if you take it out), less a 50 euros handling fee.

Standart cancellation conditions :

1- More than 30 days before the arrival date : Refund of the deposit minus 50 euros of handling fees. Cancellation insurance non refunded.
2- Between 29 days and 23 days before the date of arrival : 50% of the rental price.
3- Between 22 days and 15 days before the date of arrival : 70% of the rental price.
4- Between 14 days and 8 days before the date of arrival : 85% of the rental price.

5- Less than 7 days before the day of arrival or no show : 100% of the rental price.

 

How is the end of my stay?

You need to leave your accommodation on the day of departure before 10 am; and drop the keys at the office (if you plan an early departure, the mailboxes of the agency is available). Housekeeping at the end of stay at your expense; however, you can delegate this task to us by informing us up to 4 days before the end of your stay. Note that the package "End of stay housekeeping" does not include the fact of emptying trash and doing the dishes.

Your deposit will be returned within two weeks after your departure after checking your rental.

 

I want to rent for several months, is it possible?

Yes, absolutely. We offer long term rental, either for the year or the season. You can consult the "season catalog" on the website or contact us directly.
